Luke Skywalker appeared to be the last of his kind in "Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens" after a leaked dialogue of the series' villain Kylo Ren was posted online.

On Sept. 23, Wednesday, the dialogue of the epic franchise's villain was posted on the official French Twitter page of the new "Star Wars" movie. The tweet contains the line, "Ensemble, nous détruirons la Résistance et le dernier Jedi," which Making Star Wars translated to, "Together, we will destroy the Resistance and the last Jedi."

The said post was soon deleted from the official Twitter account after producers realized that it was a major spoiler.

Although the production staff of "Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens" did not confirmed anything after the unintended spoiler, fans were cleared of their doubts that Skywalker is indeed the final Jedi in existence. According to Headline and Global News, there have been rumors since "Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi" that the Jedi are on the brink of extinction.

For now, supporters of the epic franchise have speculated that Ren has plans to rule the galactic force. In "Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi," the villain tried to acquire the last Jedi's last saber since the latter had gone to a self-imposed exile.

Frantically, Ren continues to search for the powerful lightsaber as it tumbled into the planet of Jakku where runaway stormtrooper Rey is currently residing as a space scavenger.

In another leaked synopsis, it was revealed that Rey and fellow runaway stormtrooper Finn will try to find lightsaber's real master. In addition, the plot also explained that Ren can only be destroyed by Skywalker because he is the son of the powerful Dark Lord Darth Vader.

"Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens" will premiere on Dec. 16.
