The publication noted that most shows of this kind have set their series in either the United States or the Middle East. Therefore, fans will enjoy seeing "Homeland" set in Germany.

Additionally, season 5 will introduce a slew of new characters. It has already been confirmed by the show's execs that there will be new officers that will interact with Carrie and Saul.

Not to mention, some of the new characters that have been tapped to star in "Homeland" season 5 are those that previously appeared in "Schindler's List" and "Inglorious Bastards."

Meanwhile, the upcoming season will also focus more on what really goes on in Carrie's mind. Carrie will also create an outlet of her own, where she will be completely detached from the CIA. The character will also have a new job that will help fans see her from a different light.

Fans of Quinn need not worry because there is so much in store for the character as well.
