Nick Gordon is charged of infusing Bobbi Kristina Brown with a deadly drink that led to her death.

Brown's lawyers alleged that following a fierce altercation that sparked between the couple, Gordon gave Brown a deadly drink and abandoned her in an unconscious state in a water filled bathtub.

This charge made by Brown's estate curator, Bedelia Hargrove joins the list of others in the court, is supported by fresh court documents. According to Radar Online, the fresh court documents also present a blueprint that states how the Minnesota Twins Organization baseball shortstop forcibly drowned Brown's face in the water filled bathtub after infusing her with the deadly drink.

According to Brown's lawyers, Gordon changed into fresh clothes post their squabble which points towards a cover-up of the entire incident. Not just that he is also alleged to have received $40,000 for striking a pose for the shutterbugs next to Brown's grave.

The amended lawsuit that was filed by Brown's curator, Hargrove had appealed for a compensation amount of $10 million from Gordon alongside charging him of regular physical abuse and robbing the late media personality of her belongings while they were together, Fox News reported.

It was almost six months later that Whitney Houston and Bobbi Brown's only child was rushed to the hospital in the unconscious state that followed with a medically generated coma, her soul rested to peace in July under the hospice care.

Gordon's lawyers on the other hand deny all charges against him, including the one that says he gave the toxic cocktail to Brown evidently that led her to unconsciousness. The chief lawyer, Jose Baez said that the accusations laid on his client recently are defamatory and baseless.

Gordon's attorneys also stress that considering the prominence of Brown's famous parents, it is quite dubious that their client will receive a fair treatment during the entire tenure of court proceedings.
