"American Horror Story: Hotel" has only aired three episodes on FX, but Evan Peters, show's veteran, already has a different idea on what season 6 of the horror story should look like.
Peters, currently playing James March in "Hotel" revealed in an interview with Vulture that he would like season 6 to happen on a space station.
The 28-year-old actor said, "I keep pitching that it should be in space because I think the contained thing in space is really scary! It's not as sexy as some of these past seasons, but space is very intense, and there are a lot of things can go wrong. Alien creatures. People going crazy up there. There's a lot that could happen."
Peters added that it could look great to design a space-station set, and that it would be fantastic to play around in space. However, the actor expressed the uncertainty of his idea being embraced.
"Who knows? They're the ones who come up with all the brilliant ideas. I just get to play around with them," he said.
The actor is convinced that doing a season set in space will give the show a chance to close the alien arc from season 2 - "Asylum." The "X-Men: Apocalypse" actor pointed out that it would be easier to have closure with them and figure out what happened in space.
"American Horror Story: Hotel" season 6 details are scarce but series co-creator Ryan Murphy unveiled tweeted earlier this month that he already asked Lady Gaga to feature in the upcoming installment.
Furthermore, he revealed through Entertainment Weekly in August that the development team is planning to do two seasons from next year.
Murphy said, "Next year we might do a fall 'American Horror Story' and a spring. We have to decide."
The co-creator added that the team is doing something that has never been done before on the series whereby there are two different groups of writers' rooms. As a result, some of the writers will be bouncing around, but there was a whole different group that joined the show in late August.
While FX has not yet confirmed a new season of the show, Murphy is seemingly confident that the show will be picked up for more installments.
