Laurentiis finalized her divorce with Todd Thompson in September. The two had been married for 11 years before deciding to break their vows. Reportedly, Laurentiis had an extramarital affair with Flay in addition to being linked to Matt Lauer in the past.

In the process of the divorce, De Laurentiis had to ante up her $3.2 million home and $9,000-per-month child support payments, Star Pulse reported. Furthermore, she had to pay Thompson a whopping $5 million that represented his cut of her book advances.

Seemingly, the couple had no premarital agreement, and Thompson made out like a fat rat. As consolation, De Laurentiis purchased a 5,000 square-foot home in Pacific Palisades, worth $6 million, and twice as big as the family signed over to Thompson. The home is on a large expanse of land and is fitted with appliances fit for cooking connoisseur.

On the other hand, Flay put his Manhattan-based Chelsea Mercantile apartment on the real estate market. The swanky residence has a price tag of approximately $8 million.

There is yet official confirmation for the Laurentiis-Flay, at least from the horses' mouths. It appears acceptable that the two are turning towards one another after their marriages crumbled. Similarly, it would not be surprising for them to shack up is they are following in the route of love.
