Kendall Jenner and her sister Kylie Jenner have been slapped with a lawsuit, accusing them of stealing another company's trademarked logo for their own clothing range with PacSun.

The lawsuit has been filed by Island Company, a resort lifestyle retailer in West Palm Beach, Florida, under which the company's lawyer has claimed that the Jenner sisters have stolen their catch phrase, "Quit your job. Buy a ticket. Get a tan. Fall in love. Never Return." to design a shirt for PacSun with the lines, "Run away. Fall in love. Never return."

In the complaint obtained by Page Six, Island has claimed that the similar taglines is likely to cause "confusion, mistake and deception among consumers." Since the lifestyle retailer, which is known to be a favorite among celebrities like Brad Pitt, Cameron Diaz and Johnny Depp, is using the tagline since 2005, they have told Jenner sisters to eliminate it from their clothing line.

The Kendall & Kylie collection for PacSun was previewed in November 2012 and was finally launched in February 2013. The range features pretty paisley prints, girly lace dresses and rompers, and matching shorts-and-crop-top combos.

The Jenner sisters have declared earlier that they teamed up with PacSun to design their own clothes after seeing the success of their half-sisters Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian create their own line, The Kardashian Kollection, Daily Mail reported.

Meanwhile, the fans were left shocked after the recently-aired trailer for "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" season 11 showed Kendall revealing dark secrets of the family concerning around her parents, Caitlyn Jenner and Kris Jenner.

"Dad and mom put me and Kylie into choosing between them," says the 19-year-old in the fast-paced clip.
