Google seems to have a hit at its disposal with the company's latest flagship phablet - the Huawei-built Nexus 6P. According to Tech Times, supply constraints were supposed to cause delay in the release of the Nexus 6P in Canada. The smartphone is already sold out on Google's United State online store, and the manufacturer is mum on when new handsets will be available for purchase.
Android 6.0 Marshmallow appears to be the main reason as to why there has been increased interest among the fans towards the new Nexus 6P.
Luckily, fans who wish to have a Nexus phablet that runs Google's newest Operating System can still go for the unlocked Motorola-built Nexus 6 available on Amazon for a lower price. The retailer is offering the lower end 32 GB Nexus 6 for $349 and its 64GB variant is going for $399.
The unlocked Nexus 6 sports a 5.96-inch quad-HD AMOLED display with 2560 by 1440 resolution and 493 ppi. Furthermore, the phablet is powered by a 3GB RAM, Andreno 420 graphics processing unit and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 quad-core SoC clocked at 2.7 GHz.
While the device runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop out of box, it can be upgraded to Google's latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
The Nexus 6 comes with a 13MP main camera with dual-LED flash, optical image stabilization, autofocus, and a 2MP front camera for selfies and video chatting. The smartphone sports a non-removable 3220mAh battery that delivers up to 24 hours of talk time, 330 hours on standby mode and Qi-enabled wireless charging support out of the box.
