Posey shared some spoilers while attending ComicCon in October, wherein, he said that "The Beast" is a massive monster and "way bigger than a berserker."

Notably, The Beast has also been introduced in the Dread Doctor's cryptic mural "La Bête," and is considered as a colossal enemy.

Posey, however, did not share any details other than mentioning that The Beast is scary and big. He mentioned that his knowledge was limited in this matter because he has not yet filmed with the new villain.

However, Theo (Cody Christian) and Liam (Dylan Sprayberry) had the opportunity to encounter "The Beast" before or during the fifth episode, reported The Christian Post.

Meanwhile, according to several reports, Scott and Kira's (Arden Cho) relationship will also see some upheavals after the hiatus.

Last season, the Kitsune left Beacon Hills because she was afraid she might hurt Scott and his friends. Kira's power is still uncontrolled and she has not been able to tame it yet.

While it is still unclear if Kira and Scott have broken up, there is a possibility in the upcoming episodes. Scott might have to let Kira go in order to keep her safe from the Dread Doctors, or they might stick together and face what is coming while growing stronger as a couple.

"Teen Wolf" Season 5B is scheduled to return on Jan. 5 at 9 p.m. EST on MTV.
