Meredith and Amelia did not shy away from revealing their feelings towards Penny, who happens to be Callie's girlfriend as well as the one of the doctors that attended to Derek after his fatal accident. Tension between Meredith and Penny continue to grow.
Episode 6 of "Grey's Anatomy" Season 12 sees the arrival of a transfer resident to Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital, according to the Spoilersguide.com. This transfer resident happens to be Penny. The first day at work in the new place may not go too well for Penny.
Bailey seemingly decides to put her on Meredith's service and what follows after is jaw-dropping. A promo video for "The Me Nobody Knows" teases what happens when Meredith learns Penny is on her service.

At the same time, a new patient with scandalous story arrives at the hospital. This patient has become the talk of the town after he sent out his sex tape to his entire congregation.
At the same time, Richard is seen struggling to connect with Maggie. Will they find a common ground to develop a bond?
