The rumors about Derrick Rose's departure from the Chicago Bulls are starting to buzz around the league and it is only a matter of time before teams take advantage of the point guard's situation in the Windy City.

According to Philly, the Philadelphia 76ers, a franchise that is now known for tanking lottery picks and stacking young talents, should "explore" their options to acquire the All-Star guard.

Rose has career averages of 20.2 points and 6.5 assists, but in his last three seasons with the Bulls, he only played a total of 100 games while posting a per game average of 18.4 points.

The 2011 MVP has only averaged 13.3 points in his first six games of the 2015-2016 NBA regular season, but Rose seems to head towards redeeming his lost career.

With the 76ers lacking a superstar point guard since having Allen Iverson, adding Rose to the young core of Nerlens Noel, Jahlil Okafor, and Nik Stauskas could bring Philadelphia back into the NBA map.

RealGM reports that a possible trade scenario would involve Joel Embiid and Carl Landry, which could be an essential backup for Pau Gasol in case Joakim Noah bolts out of Chicago due to a reduced role.

The 76ers could also include a few of their 10 first-round picks and 13 second-round picks through 2021, which would certainly be enticing to any team as a future investment.

Reports of a Rose-Bulls fall out started after ESPN's Brian Windhorst revealed the beginning of both parties breakup, with Rose planning ahead of his imminent free agency in 2017. But Rose's recent setbacks due to a series of injuries have also made him expendable for Chicago.

Rose may not think of any possible transfers yet as he has recently indicated his focus on bouncing back this season, but his exit would be guaranteed if another disappointing season dooms Chicago.
