It is rumored that the Android Marshmallow update will rollout for Samsung Galaxy Note 4, Note 5, S6 Edge, and S6 by December.

Samsung devices are still waiting to get an official news regarding the release of the Android Marshmallow update. Devices like Samsung Galaxy Note 4, Note 5, S6 Edge, and S6 are eagerly awaiting to get this firm ware update.

It is highly rumored that most or all of these Samsung devices will get the update before the end of this year, according to Android Geeks. T-Mobile has also confirmed on its support forum that it is prepping the Android Marshmallow update for Samsung Galaxy Note 4, Note 5, S6 Edge, and S6. 

The Android Marshmallow update is already available for mostly all of the Nexus devices, with happy customers really liking the new upgrade of software.

Samsung is known to add its own little tweaks to Google's firm ware updates, which leads to small delays in the release of the upgrades. However, if rumors are to be believed, Samsung will be releasing this update sooner than expected.

The update will be made available through the over the air service. In this, the users will be notified as and when their device will be eligible to get the update. Moreover, the Samsung device users can update their devices through the option of KIES.

This system lets the users to connect their devices to their PC and then get an access to the Android update through web. However, only those Samsung users who are using the official version of Android can avail this option.
