Two voice-actors are set to become a part of the ongoing anime "One-Punch Man." Rikiya Koyama and Toshiyuki Morikawa have been roped in to play villains on the anime. Meanwhile, "One-Punch Man" Episode 7 will air on Nov. 16, 2015.
According to Ota-suke, Deep Sea King will be portrayed by Rikiya Koriyama while Toshiyuki Morikawa will be seen as Boros (via Crunchy Roll).
Deep Sea King is the one who rules the Seafolk and is their king. He claims that the deep sea is his territory. In the manga, he debuts in "One-Punch Man" Chapter 23. His age remains unknown. Sea King is noted as a sadistic character and he loves giving pain to others. Moreover, he likes to pick fights. For him, people are just food and he treats them that way. Deep Sea King is known to be arrogant.
In terms of power and abilities, Deep Sea King has immense strength and speed. In his true and hydrated form, he can be at par with Sonic's speed.
Meanwhile, he can also detect the presence of enemy from any direction. Deep Sea King has the ability to spit acid from his mouth. He can also heal himself at a very fast rate.
Boros is an alien and the leader of a group called Dark Matter Thieves. Like Deep Sea King, he is also arrogant. Boros possesses immense speed, strength as well as durability. He also has the ability to regenerate and detect power.
