In return, Lily makes a big revelation. She divulges a mind-blowing secret that she has been keeping from 160 years. The shocking information leaves Damon and Stefan unsettled and agitated. They question their knowledge about their family.
Meanwhile, Enzo takes up another challenge to prove himself to Lily. He invites Julian for a dangerous duel. However, things don't go as planned and take an unanticipated twist.
Further, Matt finds himself tangled in a mystery that involves the people of Mystic Falls. At the same time, Valerie drops another bombshell on Caroline leaving her world shaken up.
