According to recent "Transparent" season 2 spoilers, Sarah Pfefferman (Amy Landecker) and Tammy Cashman's (Melora Hardin) marriage may be in peril.  

The matrimonial ceremony would definitely go off without a hitch in keeping with Pfefferman family tradition, according to TV Guide. Landecker told the publication that her character's building anxiety led to a panic attack. She added that Sarah felt imprisoned and she thought she was stuck, which was freaking her out.

According to Landecker, Sarah just needed to be by herself for a while, but she did not know how. She explained that her "Transparent" character was rushing from one thing to another thing to try to give solution to her lack of direction and connection to herself while Tammy was an explosive, sexy, controlling place for her to land and she did not have to make choices.

With Landecker's revelation, it is assumed that Sarah begins to have uncertainties about her fast marriage proposal to Tammy at the conclusion of "Transparent" season 1.

On the other hand, Kathryn Hahn shared some details about what fans could expect with "Transparent" season 2 and her character Raquel. She said that since Raquel was the one who will officiate Sarah and Tammy's wedding, it would serve as the "awakening" for her to think about what she had gotten herself into with the family, along with the feeling that the family did not take anything as sacred.

The "Transparent" Season 2 trailer, which can be viewed via Entertainment Weekly, suggests that fans are going to see issues like sex reassignment surgery, one of the cultural issues discussed online and offline.

The official teaser synopsis revealed that Maura Pfefferman (Jeffrey Tambor) discovers the most challenging point of her transition and she is set to face some crucial decisions about her future. The Pfeffermans also mishap while keeping at reaching their true selves.
