"Fallout 4" will have several stability fixes and gameplay improvements in its first patch update, as well as Bethesda warning gaming fans to have a back up on their save date for future updates.

Bethesda launched the first patch update for "Fallout 4" in the PC platform this week as the patch notes will have new gameplay features and several in-game improvements that have plagued the game since it first launch two weeks ago. Several gamers have complained about "Fallout 4's" numerous in-game glitches, game crashes and quest errors as Bethesda will use their patch 1.2.33 update to test out the fixes they have installed for the game.

The new game features in the patch 1.2.33 will include number pad keys can now be used for remapping within the game and players can now use Remapping Activate on Quick Containers. While the new gameplay features are minimal, the true purpose of the patch 1.2.33 will focus on "Fallout 4's" numerous glitches and errors such as general memory and stability issues.

There are also fixes on equipped weapons were in it is locked after completing the Reunion mission. The patch update also fixes "When Freedom Calls" mission were in players could not complete the mission, crashes related to jumping into the water and reloading saved game, and proper Launcher God Ray Quality settings, Gamerant reported.

Bethesda noted that patch 1.2.33 is just a beta patch, meaning PC users will have to opt in through Steam to download the update. Bethesda has already warned gaming fans to have a back up of their saved game data before downloading future beta updates for "Fallout 4" as the game developers aim to launch small updates for game in order to fix the major glitches within the game, Express reported.

The first "Fallout 4" patch update might also head out the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One soon as the patch fixes for PC will give way for Bethesda to work on having proper updates for the game consoles. "Fallout 4" will feature players surviving the wastelands as they try to build a community using numerous items scattered around the worlds as well as meeting other survivors.

Gamers will also have the ability to create weapons, improve their stats as well as customizing armor and equipment for protection against mutants and bandits.

"Fallout 4" is currently available in stores for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC platforms.
