"Modern Family" season 7 episode 9 titled "White Christmas" will air on ABC on Dec. 9, Wednesday. Directed by Gail Mancuso and written by Andy Gordon and Jon Pollack, the episode will feature Gloria Pritchett's (Sofia Vergara) attempt to have a white Christmas, which she always wanted.
To achieve his dream picture-perfect white Christmas, Gloria Pritchett rents a cabin in the mountains to celebrate the holiday with the whole family. Things will not go as smoothly as expected, however, due to several unexpected factors. Among the unfortunate things that will come their way are the bad weather and a weird random guest already staying in the cabin, Broadway World has learned.
Meanwhile, Mitchell Pritchett (Jesse Tyler Ferguson) and Cameron Tucker (Eric Stonestreet) are also preoccupied with their own agendas. They are determined to compensate for their bad caroling performance in 2014.
On the other hand, Jay Pritchett (Ed O'Neill) has a big announcement to make that catches Claire Dunphy (Julie Bowen) off guard while Andy Bailey (Adam DeVine) and Haley Dunphy (Sarah Hyland) cannot keep their hands off each other.
Along with DeVine, "Modern Family" season 7 episode 9 will also feature Andrea Martin and Laura Ashley Samuels as guest stars. The main cast of the ABC series also includes Ty Burrell as Phil Dunphy, Ariel Winter as Alex Dunphy, Nolan Gould as Luke Dunphy, Jeremy Maguire as Joe Pritchett, Rico Rodriguez as Manny Delgado and Aubrey Anderson-Emmons as Lily Tucker-Pritchett.
In other news, Vergara was spotted with her husband Joe Manganiello enjoying a date night at the Sunset Tower Hotel in Los Angeles, Just Jared reported. They recently got married and had their honeymoon in the Caribbean island of Turks and Caicos.
