"The Princess Bride" is a classic tale highlighting the adventures of a farm boy, a six-fingered man, and a princess. Though published as a book, more people are more familiar with its film version.

On Jan. 8, "The Princess Bride" was released as the newest iPhone game, Gameblend revealed. Furthermore, the publication announced that an update will be made featuring the "Fire Swamp" in the both the game's components and its mobile app title and it is on its way to developing "The Princess Bride" game Android version, coming really soon.

On a game review by Kotaku, the Gawker's gaming website, this app is divided into four mini games that include, a sword-fighting experience with Inigo Montoya, wrestling against Fezzik, scaling the Insanity Cliffs, and surviving the eels.

This iOS app has been made compatible with iPod touch, iPad, and iPhone. It will require at least the iOS 6; however, a more updated operating system would be better. The best part of having this game is the audio clip experience, which was scored by Mars Williams, the saxophonist from Psychedelic Furs- an English rock band.

For those who are interested in experiencing the battles towards the castle, an attempt is worth $3.99 in the App store. Watch the official game trailer here:
