"Attack on Titan" season 2 is set to hit the small screen next year and in line with this, its season 1 is set to be rebroadcast in January 2016.

With 25 episodes, "Attack on Titan" season 1 is currently scheduled for a satellite broadcast run on Jan. 9, 2016, according to Fandom Post. Two episodes of the series are set to be aired at a time, with the final three episodes being shown on the last night.

The "Attack on Titan" season 1 rebroadcast is slated to air every Saturday and is expected to finish in the latter part of March 2016, giving the fans to watch the previous episodes of the anime and catch-up with the upcoming season 2.

One of the character's demise will be part of the elements "Attack of Titan" season 2, according to rumors. In addition, the storyline of the anime adaptation is reportedly set to deviate from the comic book storyline written and illustrated by Hajime Isayama.

"Attack on Titan" follows man-eating giant creatures called Titans. Along with their existence, man hid behind massive walls. Following one hundred years of refuge from the colossal man-eaters, a Titan managed to smash through man's defenses, sending other giants and carnage.

The series also centers on the exploits of Eren Jaeger as he vows to kill every Titan, after one of the latter's kind killed his mother.

With "Attack of Titan" season 1 slated to premiere in televisions on Jan. 9, 2016 while "Attack of Titan" season 2 is rumored to be released in February 2016, along with the "Attack of Titan" video game, according to Crossmap.
