A calendar called "Men of Glastonbury Chamber" released by the Glastonbury Chamber of Commerce is now facing criticism as it includes a boy who is nearly naked.

According to the Family Institute of Connecticut, the photo in the calendar with a boy who is nearly naked covered with a "sold" sign is suggestive of child abuse, The Hartford Courant said.

The 15-month calendar shows four real estate agents from Coldwell Banker who are nearly naked holding signs which read "sold," "for rent," and "coming soon" a their covers with a young boy in the middle who is also nearly naked covered with a sign, the report said.

The group said that the photo is suggestive when a page includes four nearly-naked men marketing their services as agents with a young boy in the middle, the report added.

Meanwhile, photographer Peter Billard said that they misinterpreted the photo concept and that they assumed a wrongdoing in the photo.

According to Billard, the father of the young boy is also in the photo with the child, and the father had selected the photo, the report said.

Billard added that the photo only shows a father-son relationship doing a usual activity at the beach for a day.

The Institute released a statement saying that the Family Institute of Connecticut understands that the judgments and mistakes happen, hoping to turn against "pornographic incrementalism [the] culture is embracing and seek less tawdry ventures to market their commerce," the report said.

New Haven Register reported that the photo is to replace for another one for the future calendar project.
