Just in time for the holiday season, Sony has announced a new bundle for the PS4. This time, it is one from the partnership with Activision, to bring another "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" bundle to players.
Dubbed as the "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" Standard Edition PS4 bundle, this brings what is currently among the top-selling games in tandem with the fastest-selling console in PlayStation history. This new bundle will be available for only $350.
The "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" PS4 bundle is a standard edition in that it does not feature the limited edition black and orange console. Instead, it will include the 500GB black PS4 console, a DualShock4 controller, a copy of "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" and the first DLC map pack Awakening.
The last offer is a good part of the deal, as PS4 players will get first dibs on the Awakening map come 2016, with a schedule 30 days of advanced access before platforms get their hands on it, as specified by the PlayStation Blog.
The release of "Call of Duty" Points has allowed more players a new way to be flexible with how they will use this microtransaction tool. Players who want to avail of it will have the option to access more slots in Create-A-Class, Charlie Intel reported.
Treyarch will offer the Extra Slots pack, which grants players 10 sets of slots. More than additional slots, however, players will now have more media storage and see an increase in storage by as much as three times. This involves more slots for the likes of paintjobs, emblems, variants for gunsmith, screenshots, custom games and films.
The Extra Slot pack will be available for 300 Call of Duty Points. It is currently available for the Xbox One and PS4 versions, accessible via the multiplayer. It is also just an option to buy, so players can also opt out of the offer.
Additionally, while Call of Duty Points are only offered for the Xbox One, PS4 and PC, players on older platforms can still enjoy a feature for the Shadows of Evil mode. Even without the Black Market, PS3 and Xbox 360 players can still unlock Gobblegums for the zombies mode using a direct purchase of Dr. Monty's Factory Vials.
