The latest "Suits" season 5 episode 11 spoilers revealed that viewers will finally know what will happen next to Mike (Patrick J. Adams) following his arrest. The new promo for season 5B hints that Rachel's (Meghan Markle) fiancé may not get away from the charges that easily considering that he is guilty of committing fraud.
According to Cartermatt, Harvey (Gabriel Macht) may be a good lawyer but it would be difficult to imagine how he could save Mike this time around. As Anita Gibbs pointed out, the prosecutor played by Leslie Hope, Mike has committed fraud almost every minute he spent at Pearson Specter Litt.
Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, showrunner Aarok Korsh explained that it would be difficult for viewers to accept that Mike is in the wrong. As fans, we spent five years rooting for Adams' character, which made it extremely hard to accept that Gibbs is doing the right thing by putting him behind bars.
With only six episodes left this season, Korsh shared that season 5B is going to be "Mike-focused." The show creator explained that for Mike to eventually get out of this, everyone in the firm must do their part to protect him, which is definitely not going to be easy.
"All these characters have to completely rally together against the sort of mountain of evidence that is going to present itself at trial," he explained.
The big question of who turned Mike in, however, will not be revealed immediately in episode 11. Rather than figuring out who the snitch is, Korsh said that Harvey and Mike would rather focus all their attention on how to turn the situation around.
