Reality show's power couple closes the year 2015 with different recognitions. For designer and rapper Kanye West, it was the second consecutive year that he was recognized by fashion magazine GQ as the Most Stylish Man. Wife Kim Kardashian, on the other hand, was the most searched person in Google.

West won with 520,199 votes, beating Lucky Blue Smith's 445,073 votes. GQ notes that the fan bases of the two men help boost their votes, especially from tweets made by wife Kim and sisters-in-law Khloe and Kourtney.

Kim, in a tweet, reminded her followers that they can vote for Kanye unlimited times. However, because she and Khloe have voted so many times, they were blocked. Like her butt photo on Paper magazine's November 2014 that broke the internet, their voting broke the polls, claims the reality star.

However, her claim of breaking the poll could be questioned since last week, after she released on her app Kimoji emoticons, she claims to have broken Apple's app store. However, the Cupertino-based tech giant denied Kim's claim.

Kim may not have broken Apple's app store, but Google ranking confirmed she is the most-searched person in 26 nations, tied with athlete Lionel Messi, according to Time.

The app release was done through a partnership with Glu Mobile. In February, the Kardashian family show, "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," was renewed for four more seasons and in May, she published a 352-page book made up entirely of selfies. The book was aptly titled "Selfish."

Her social media following also expanded in 2015, with Twitter followers reaching 38 million and Instagram followers 55 million. She capped by year by giving birth to Saint West.
