"Pitch Perfect" co-stars Anna Camp and Skylar Astin announced engagement on Jan. 3, Sunday.
Astin, the actor who portrayed the role of Jesse, the love interest of Beca Mitchell (portrayed by Anna Kendrick), shared an image of him and Camp on Instagram. The actor captioned the image, "I asked. She said yes!!!"
Before the "Pitch Perfect" co-stars confirmed their engagement, the 33-year-old actress has been posting photos of their Kauai, Hawaii vacation, according to Entertainment Weekly. Camp posted an image of a mini golf on Instagram with a caption "Today we hit a hole in one! Happy new year!!!"
In August 2014, the "The True Blood" actress admitted that she and Astin were dating, Glamour Magazine reported. She revealed how her relationship with her boyfriend evolve into something more.
"I remember thinking, Well, he's younger than me. He's five years younger. He's 26, and I'm 31. But I was like, "You know what? OK! Let's do it, let's see." He's literally my best friend," she told the publication. The "The True Blood" actress and her 28-year-old beau started dating in June 2013.
Camp was previously married to actor Michael Mosley; however, in 2013, they divorced. Mosley filed divorce in April 23, 2012 because of "irreconcilable differences." He included to his cour documents the date of their separation which was set for Jan. 1, 2013. The estrange couple tied a know in 2010 and they do not have kids.
In the same interview, Camp was asked if she wants to get marry again. She said she wants to make sure that she is prepared and it should be at the right time. She also sees herself having kids in the future.
