During the episode of SBS' "Law of the Jungle" on July 8, Friday, Kwon Yuri of Girls' Generation stood out during their human survival feature in New Caledonia. Show creator and clan leader Kim Byung Man ordered the group that they have to kill the sea eel which they caught.
The adventurous and competitive Kwon, who loves challenges was calm in carrying out the task. She did so with a long stick, much to everyone's surprise, according to Soompi.
Furthermore, during the broadcast of "Bae Sung Jae's Ten" on SBS Power FM on July 7, Thursday, Kwon shared her drinking style. The girl with the husky voice of SM's K-Pop group loves combining soju and beer.
"I usually mix soju and beer 1 to 1. My favorite is soju-beer," Yuri said during the program. "I like it when everyone drinks and does one-shots."
The 26-year-old singer does not want to drink and be drunk alone. She also shared that she often goes out with her co-stars from "Law of the Jungle in New Caledonia." They drink for at least eight hours, All KPop reported.
DJ Bae Sung Jae admitted he was shocked in the past when Yuri asked for a bottle of soju during a gathering. The tough young singer is also into acting, and has starred in TV dramas like "Fashion King" (2010) and "Neighborhood Hero" (2016) as well as in the film "No Breathing" (2013). She is also part of the web drama, "Gogh, the Starry Night."
Kwon is also into modelling, and is an ambassador of Barrel, a Korean sportswear brand. She loves to travel and spend her free time at the beach. She had been spotted in Philippines' Boracay islands with her fellow band members in 2013 and 2015, as well as with her model cousin in May.
The Girls' Generation member who is a happy virus is often considered by many and even by her co-members as the prettiest and sexiest in the group. Though not good in badminton and Mathematics, Kwon is optimistic, and plays the violin and piano well.
She grew up with her brother, has many male than female pals and is at times considered boyish. She loves Mickey Mouse and has the same birthday as Walter Disney.
