"Big Little Lies" Season 1 episode 3 titled "Living the Dream" will air on HBO on March 5, Sunday, at 9 p.m. on HBO. In the episode, Madeline Martha Mackenzie (Reese Witherspoon) will organize a trip to complete with the birthday party of Amabella Klein (Ivy George).
Madeline's intention is to annoy Renata Klein (Laura Dern). Jane Chapman (Shailene Woodley) will ask for Madeline's help with the family-tree project of Ziggy Chapman (Iain Armitage).
The guidance counselor of Abigail Carlson (Kathryn Newton) wants to meet with Madeline. Later on, the theme for the fall fundraiser will be announced by Principal Nippal (P.J. Byrne).
As for Celeste Wright (Nicole Kidman), she and Perry Wright (Alexander Skarsgard) will have their first therapy session with Dr. Amanda Reisman (Robin Weigert). But before the therapy, the roller-coaster relationship of Celeste and Perry will continue.
"Living the Dream" was directed by Jean-Marc Vallee. The teleplay was written by "Big Little Lies" creator David. E. Kelley.
Also appearing in "Living the Dream" are Adam Scott, James Tupper, Zoe Kravitz, Kelen Coleman, Darby Camp, Jeffrey Nordling, Sarah Baker, Sarah Burns, Chloe Coleman, Carrie Wampler and David Monahan. Their respective roles are Ed Mackenzie, Nathan Carlson, Bonnie Carlson, Harper Stimson, Chloe Mackenzie, Gordon Klein, Thea, Gabrielle, Skye Carlson, Lori and Bernard.
Asian actors Hong Chau and Keisuke Hoashi are also featured in "Living the Dream." They will play Jackie and Dr. Leo Chang, respectively.
