The tech giant Sony has disclosed the devices that will get the Android Marshmallow update.

Several reports suggest that Google has begun rolling out the Android 6.0 M update to its Nexus devices. Now Sony has also revealed its Marshmallow upgrade plans.

Xperia devices that will get the Android M update include Xperia C4, Xperia Z2 Tablet, Xperia C5 Ultra, Xperia M5, Xperia Z5, Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact, Xperia Z4 Tablet, Xperia Z3, Xperia Z5 Compact, Xperia Z3+, Xperia Z2, Xperia Z3 Compact, Xperia Z5 Premium and Xperia M4 Aqua, according to 9 to 5 Google.

Furthermore, according to reports, the tech company is working on some of the features of its own that will debut together with Android Marshmallow. Sony said that it will begin rolling out the Android Marshmallow update as fast as it can.

Motorola has also disclosed the devices that will get the Android Marshmallow update. Motorola devices that will receive the Android 6.0 M update are Moto Turbo, Droid Turbo, Moto Maxx, Moto X (2nd generation), Moto X Pure Edition in the United Stated (2nd generation), Moto G (2nd generation), Moto G (3rd generation), Moto X Pure Edition (3rd generation), Nexus 6, Moto X Play and Moto X Style (3rd generation).

The company said in a blog post that as for timing, they have high standards, therefore, they will work fast but they will not push the upgrades out till they know they are ready.

Some of the features of Android Marshmallow are support for Android Pay, Google's Doze battery-saving mode and Now on Tap.
