"Grand Theft Auto 5 Online" is teasing fans with a Valentine's Day treat. The information was discovered through a Rockstar Newswire blog, which detail coincided with a Reddit data miner.
Through a "Grand Theft Auto 5 Online" discussion on Rockstar Newswire that centered on its drop zone mode, a tease was made. A statement which said that players must keep their eyes open for upcoming items because they will surely fall in love with it stirred fanatics' excitement. While phrasing can be vague to most, avid gamers are agreeing that the developer is hinting towards a special Valentine's Day content.
Rockstar has not confirmed anything, but a Reddit date miner pushed harder on the information. According to user Gurkdjur, the Valentine's Day content will bring in adversary modes namely Till Death Do Us Part and Rhino Hunt. Aside from these, numerous choices of retro gangster apparel, all Valentine's Day themed will be made available.
Meanwhile, "Grand Theft Auto 5 Online" Casino DLC update will reportedly include three new mini-games namely poker, blackjack, and slot machines, but not pursue the FOS V4 capture mode. Instead, efforts have been diverted to the Casino DLC alone which is expected to be released alongside the upcoming single-player DLC.
The "Grand Theft Auto 5 Online" Casino DLC will likely have a poker game, which will resemble "Red Dead Redemption." As for the mini-game mechanics, the player will have an experience close to real-life gambling, since they can opt to use shark cards or in-game money. This gives a realistic feel, since losing cash means having no way of getting it back.
Other rumored additional features are a whole new lineup of luxury rides. It is also reported that a custom body shop similar to LS Customs and Benny's will be added. This rumor started after a vacant vehicle storage unit was seen next to the Casino in Downtown, Vinewood.
Both Bravado Banshee and Karin Sultan sports cars are already available for complete upgrades. These can now be categorized under the supercar class via Benny's motorworks. Also, Benny's shop now accommodates sports car and lowrider car upgrades.
It is likely that the "Grand Theft Auto 5 Online" Casino DLC will be coming out soon. All of the obvious redecoration, design changes and addition of banners make this even more obvious, although Rockstar has yet to announce an official release date.
