Chelsea Houska is simply over the moon in love with her fiancé, Cole DeBoer.
Ahead of the upcoming seventh season of "Teen Mom 2," which will premiere on MTV next month, the reality star and young mommy shared an Instagram post with fans, revealing just how “grateful” she is to have met her soon-to-be husband.
“I love these two so incredibly much,” Houska wrote in the caption of a photo, which also included her 6-year-old daughter, Aubree. ”I am so grateful for this man. #fatherdaughterdance @ColeDeBoer.”
Houska and DeBoer met in the summer of last year at a gas station near Houska’s South Dakota home, and ever since, they’ve been sharing their relationship with fans on "Teen Mom 2." As their reality run continues, fans will get to see the happy couple planning their upcoming wedding, and possibly see their engagement, as well.
“I am unbelievably excited, and it feels good to finally have my family that I have always wanted,” Houska gushed to MTV News after confirming her engagement on Instagram this past November.
During his proposal, DeBoer brought Houska to a spot in the wood, where he had hung photos in the trees, which featured images of the two of them, as well as photos with Aubree. And as he asked for Houska's hand in marriage, he also asked for the approval of the child, who immediately said yes, and gave him a big hug.
While the couple has yet to officially announce their wedding date, Houska told MTV News they would likely wed “sometime” in the fall, and noted their ceremony would be small and intimate with only their close family and friends in attendance.
Although fans would certainly love to see Houska walk down the aisle on "Teen Mom 2," she confirmed during a Facebook Q&A that she and DeBoer would not be filming their nuptials. At the time, an insider told The Ashley’s Reality Roundup that DeBoer has never been comfortable in front of the cameras.
