“The Bachelor” 2016 spoilers for episode 8 revealed that Ben Higgins will be taking the remaining four contestants, Amanda, JoJo, Lauren B and Caila, back to their hometowns and meeting their respective families for the first time. By the end of the hometown date, Reality Steve predicted that the final three ladies will be revealed.
According to "The Bachelor" 2016 spoilers from Reality Steve, Higgins will end up sending Amanda home after episode 8. In the promo, Amanda seemed to think that Higgins will be a great husband and dad to her two kids. Amanda's parents, however, seemed to think otherwise.
"There will be times where you can't do what you 'want to do,'" Amanda's dad told Higgins, clearly talking about getting intimate.
It seems that Higgins is not ready to be a dad and have an instant family just yet. Although he had done tons of volunteer work for the kids, the reality star may not be ready for such a huge commitment. Spoilers revealed that he will end up sending Amanda home after episode 8.
Based on the sneak peek video for the upcoming episode of "The Bachelor," Caila, Lauren and JoJo's families were not too keen on meeting Higgins as well.
Lauren's sister was seen questioning Higgins about his intentions. While it is clear to almost everyone that Higgins is falling for Lauren, her sister still had her doubts.
Meanwhile, Caila's dad will give Higgins a hard time, explaining how important marriage is in their family. He shared that he was just looking out for Caila, adding that he did not want her daughter to get hurt after all of this is over.
"I want to make sure that he feels the same way about you that you do about him. It pains me that she may be in for a huge letdown and she's gonna get crushed," Caila's dad told the camera.
Higgins last hometown date is with JoJo back in Dallas, Texas and things did not go well. For one, her brothers did not approve of Higgins for their sister. They believed that she deserved someone better than him. This definitely surprised "The Bachelor" viewers as one of her brothers, Ben Patton, joined another NBC reality show, "Ready for Love" back in 2013. To make matters even worse for JoJo, an ex-boyfriend of hers showed up while they were filming.
