The latest details for "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice will feature the film's official run time, a new character origin for Alfred Pennyworth and Jena Malone's secret role revealed.

Several reports making rounds that official run time for "Batman V Supeman: Dawn of Justice" has been revealed and according to the AMC Theatre website the film will shown at approximately two hours and 31 minutes.

Previous reports stated that "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" will be around 160 minutes and with comparison the new run time will be eight minutes longer than the "Man of Steel", nine minutes longer than "Avengers: Age of Ultron", but 13 minutes shorter than "The Dark Knight Rises".

Aside from the film's official running time, "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" will feature a different back story for Alfred Pennyworth (Jeremy Irons) and unlike the classic butler take in the comics, this version of Alfred is is speculated to be a bodyguard for the Wayne family and the only staff member that Bruce Wayne/Batman (Ben Affleck) counted on after his parents were murdered. Alfred in the film will be a well-trained combatant similar to the "Gotham" TV series, and taught the young Bruce Wayne how to fight back.

Alfred during the events of "Batman V Superman" will be Bruce's head of security and has a knack for tactical intelligence and knowledge over diverse weapons systems giving an impression that he is an engineer and weapons expert of sorts, What Culture reported.

The final trailer for "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" saw Alfred helping Batman with his mission by remotely controlling the Batwing from the batcave and gives helpful advices for Bruce on how to approach his targeted enemies.

In other news, it seems that Jena Malone's role in "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice has been revealed as a scanned French magazine stated that "the Hunger Games" actress will be playing Barbara Gordon/Batgirl/Oracle in the film.

Malone roles was first rumored to be the female Robin Carrie Kelly from Frank Miller's graphic novel "Batman: The Dark Knight Returns" since the film's plot, feel and look is inspired by the comic book storyline. It is unknown yet if this version of Barbara Gordon could be wheel chaired bound or a former vigilante that has retired similar to Bruce after Robin/Jason Todd was murdered by The Joker (Jared Leto).

Scoot McNairy's character was revealed to be a crippled Jimmy Olsen who rumored to testify in a trial case featuring Clark Kent/Superman (Henry Cavill) after he lost his legs in his fight with General Zod (Michael Shannon) during the vents of "Man of Steel". Director Zack Snyder teased that Justice League members Aquaman (Jason Momoa), The Flash (Ezra Miller) and Cyborg (Ray Fisher) will have minor appearances in the film, as well as possible cameo from Darkseid.

"Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" will be release in cinemas on March 25.
