"The Vampire" Diaries" Season 7 is set to air "The Originals" crossover segment on Feb. 26, Friday. Episode 14 is titled "Moonlight on the Bayou" and it will feature some fan-favourite characters from The CW series "The Originals," including Klaus Mikaelson (Joseph Morgan). It will see the reunion of two old friends, Stefan Salvatore (Paul Wesley) and Klaus. Here are detailed spoilers for the "TVD" episode 7X14. A lot is happening on "The Vampire Diaries" this week and fans won't want to miss a moment of the tie-in episode. According to the synopsis (via Spoilersguide), Stefan is on a new mission to capture the vampire hunter Rayna Cruz (Leslie-Anne Huff). He is looking for a place where he is safe from the effects of magic. Upon consulting Valerie (Elizabeth Blackmore), he finds out that he must leave Mystic Falls and fly to New Orleans. Stefan does as suggested to him and heads to New Orleans.

Here, he bumps into Klaus who wonders if it's a mere social trip or more for Stefan. Meanwhile, Enzo devises a plan to stop Rayna. He approaches Damon and Bonnie and shares his plan.

A promo video teases the events of "The Vampire Diaries" Season 7 episode 14. It shows Damon Salvatore (Ian Somerhalder) asking Valerie where his brother is. Rayna then confronts Damon and it seems Rayna finds Stefan. The trailer closes with Rayna holding a sword over Stefan. It also gives a glimpse of Klaus welcoming Stefan. Elsewhere, Caroline finds out that Alaric is leaving Mystic Falls along with her two children. This urges Caroline to ponder over her future in the town. Alaric, who is shifting to Dallas, is accompanied by Caroline on her trip.

Recently, "The Vampire Diaries" creator Julie Plec answered questions related to "The Originals crossover episode in her blog for Entertainment Weekly. "Klaroheart means next week's episodes, in which Stefan makes his way to New Orleans in the present, and Caroline hits up magic-free zone St. James Infirmary in the flash-forward," Plec wrote.

In addition, fans can expect some "great scenes" reminding of "Season 3 Klaus and Stefan moments." Also, Klaus and Caroline (Candice King) have a beautiful conversation on a phone call.

"A surprising generosity from one Klaus Mikaelson. An awkward moment where Stefan realizes he's not sure if Klaus knows he and Caroline are a couple and a really beautiful phone call between Klaus and Caroline," she added.

Further, fans can expect to find clues for "The Originals" Season finale. "Also, a little Easter Egg surprise that will make you ask some big questions about how The Originals will end their season. In the OGs, you can expect Stefan to get sucked into the Mikaelson's sire line drama. As one of Klaus's sire line, Stefan finds himself in quite a predicament as Klaus's life is threatened by the return of the White Oak," she said.
