"Grey's Anatomy" Season 12 is set to air yet another high-on-drama segment on March 3. The show returns with episode 12 titled "My Next Life" featuring massive relationship drama and delving deeper into April and Jackson, and Jo and Alex's storyline. In the meantime, Andrew and Maggie's relationship is explored, too. And Meredith takes centre stage once again. Here are spoilers from the next instalment. Read on to find out what happens next. In episode 11, the fan-favourite couple April and Jackson finalised their divorce. It was followed by a major bombshell that revealed April is pregnant and she is not telling Jackson about it. Meanwhile, Jo and Alex's future remain uncertain as Alex struggles to find out what she really wants.
Moving on to episode 12 of "Grey's Anatomy" Season 12. According to the synopsis for "My Next Life" on the network's official website, a patient from Meredith's early days as an intern in Seattle Grace hospital (now known as Grey Sloan Memorial hospital) returns.
Meredith's first surgery patient Katie Bryce is readmitted to the hospital with a new aneurysm. While Meredith is still recovering, Amelia takes the charge of the case. Katie happens to be the patient she treated under the guidance of Derek. This is bound to bring back some memories for Meredith.
Meanwhile, Andrew and Maggie's relationship takes an unexpected turn when Maggie finds out that Richard might know about it. A promo video for "Grey's Anatomy" Season 12 gives a glimpse of the events of episode 12 "My Next Life." It shows Andrew lashing it out at Maggie when he finds out that Richard is her father.
More promos for episode 12 teases progress in April and Jackson, and Alex and Jo's storyline. One sneak peek shows Jackson and April's interaction after signing the divorce papers. It is clear Jackson still doesn't know April is pregnant and it seems she is still not ready to tell him. Arizona, who overhears former couple's conversation, urges April to reveal the truth to Jackson because "it's his baby," too. Will April take Arizona's advice and act upon it." In addition, Arizona talks about her dating life.
In the second sneak peek, Alex runs into Jo in the elevator. Here, she talks to him about the ring and ask him what is he going to do with it.
"You didn't say yes or no ... is this no?" Alex urges Jo to give an answer to him. Will Jo accept or reject Alex's proposal? Click here to watch the trailers.
