 In episode 14, Caroline shifts to Dallas with Alaric and the twins leaving Stefan behind. Meanwhile, Stefan goes to New Orleans looking for a safe place to hide from the vampire hunter Rayna.

In episode 15 of "The Vampire Diaries" Season 7, Stefan is seen pondering over his relationship with Caroline. According to Spoilersguide description of "I Would for You," the former lovers Stefan and Valerie get together on a mission to search for magical herb that could protect Stefan from Rayna.

Meanwhile, Damon gets into action and devise his own plan to take down Rayna and save the vampires of Mystic Falls. At the Armoury, Bonnie discovers something shocking about Rayna. Her discovery will force Damon to put a stop on his plan against Rayna.

As for Stefan and Caroline, they will have an intense conversation and this will leave Stefan to rethink about his future with Caroline. Will Stefan finally end his relationship with Caroline?

Elsewhere, Matt reveals where his true allegiance lies. And as the episode comes to close, Damon attempts to finish the task at hand so that he can fulfil his heart's desire.
