"American Idol" season 15 contestant Dalton Rappatoni recently received not-so-good reviews on the show.

On Thursday night, Rappatoni performed Imagine Dragons' "Radioactive," but all three judges said they think he should have chosen a different song.

Keith Urban cheered the teenager on, but said that he wants Rappatoni to show more of what he can do.

"I love that America is voting you through. I love that they are seeing that side to you. You are talented, you're ready. I love how hungry and passionate you are about this. I just wanna say quickly, I don't think that was a great song for you because I think what you do with songs when you tweak and do your little mojo thing to them thing to them is what sets you apart. But I think we're gonna see you next week," Urban said.

"American Idol" judge Jennifer Lopez commented on Rappatoni's statement about wanting to outshine the other contestants.

"You really understand the art of the show. I heard what you said in your package. Don't get in your head. This is a competition with everybody and it's not because it's about you being better every week. You know what I mean?" she said.

Meanwhile, Thursday night's elimination revealed that Lopez is now rooting for La'Porsha Renae and Trent Harmon to be on the finale.

Following Harmon's performance, Lopez said that she can totally see the singer going up against Renae.

Lopez was also quick to say that she didn't mean the other contestants no longer have the opportunity to succeed on the show because it's anyone's ball game in the competition.

In other news, more contestants will be eliminated this week on "American Idol" season 15.

For the first time in 15 seasons, the hit FOX reality TV show will air its finale episode on April.

As of late, it is unclear why the producers of the show decided to do so, but it seems that they are no longer receiving very high ratings like before.

"American Idol" season 15 airs Wednesdays and Thursdays at 8 p.m. ET on FOX.
