"Gotham" Season 2 episode 12 titled "A Dead Man Feels No Cold" is set to air on Fox on March 7, Monday. In the episode, Oswald "Penguin" Cobblepot (Robin Lord Taylor) will meet Hugo Strange (B.D. Wong).

Now that Hugo Strange has found out about Victor "Mr. Freeze" Fries (Nathan Darrow), some viewers speculate that a new partnership is imminent. It appears that a partnership between the two is yet to be known but they are likely to help each other out considering that they are both highly intelligent.

According to Ben McKenzie, who plays James Gordon, Mr. Freeze has yet to reach his full persona. The actor told Entertainment Weekly that this is because Darrow's character has not "fully perfected his technology."

"But you can imagine, in the arms of Strange, he will be allowed to do so," McKenzie said of the characters played by Darrow and Wong. On the other hand, Gordon and Harvey Bullock (Donal Logue) look to Nora Fries (Kristen Hager) for help in their search for Victor in "A Dead Man Feels No Cold."

In an interview with Hollywood Reporter, Wong said that he sees Hugo Strange as someone who is sophisticated, intellectually superior and articulate and elegant in some ways. The actor described the character as "not an average, scrappy villain."

According to Wong, Hugo Strange has "a God complex." With his obsession with psychiatry and the human brain, the character feels better than other people as shown in his behavior, choices and activities.

Before playing Hugo Strange in "Gotham" Season 2, Wong was part of the cast of "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit." He played Dr. George Huang from 2001 to 2015.

On the big screen, Wong played Dr. Henry Wu in "Jurassic World." He is set to star in the upcoming sci-fi film "The Space Between Us" with Gary Oldman, Carla Gugino, Britt Robertson, Kristen Rakes, Stafford Douglas, Lauren Myers and Bernardo P. Saracino, among others.

Wong is of Hong Kong Chinese descent and was born in San Francisco, California. His father was a postal worker while his mother was a telephone company supervisor.
