"Musical Resident Evil" will run from September to October in Tokyo, before hitting Osaka in November. "Resident Evil" producer Hiroyuki Kobayashi will oversea the stage production.

As previously reported, it is now official that Capcom will be releasing the highly awaited "Resident Evil 7" in 2017. There are speculations that the game will return to the roots, allowing fans to see the original horror story after the sixth installment fell short of fans' expectations.

Capcom is set to launch "Resident Evil 7" early in 2017 according to NSEA Voice, but they will be announcing it during the 2016 E3. The developer company will launch the first gameplay footage for the upcoming game before the announcement of the official premiere date of the game.

Electronic Entertainment Exposition 2016 will be an interesting event since fans will catch a first glimpse of "Resident Evil 7." In addition, fans should expect to learn the new features that are coming into the game when the footage eventually comes out.

Earlier reports indicated that fans said "Resident Evil 6" focused too much on gunplay as opposed to increased tension and setting. However, other installments made the title popular among fans. As a result, there are speculations that the upcoming installment will return the game to the roots of horror rather than action.
