Initially, a report by My Drivers via iDigital Times indicated that the upcoming smartphone's battery would be 12 percent larger than the current iPhone 6s. Fans can check out linked stills here for the iPhone 7 and its battery.

Meanwhile, the upcoming iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus will be thinner than the current iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus, which raises the question as to how the Cupertino tech giant, Apple, will fit the larger battery. In case the company chooses to axe the headphone jack and settle for a single lightning port, the move could free up some hardware space. Although there is a likelihood for the rumored lens camera, previous speculations had it that iPhone 7 could sport a smaller, spherical lens camera.

Details of Apple's wireless charging technology remain unknown, but if it turns out to be true, juicing the battery would be more convenient than ever before, allowing customer to charge their smartphone anywhere, as opposed to just near a power outlet. The technology could relieve a great amount of battery issues.

In addition, the iPhone 7 is believed to come with a stereo speaker, no rear antenna bands, faster A10 chip, and hybrid magnetic wireless EarPods to compensate for the absence of headphone jack. While reputable KGI Securities analysts Ming-Chi Kuo points out that Apple will not embrace OLED technology until 2018, earlier reports indicated a brand-new iPhone Pro could come with a wraparound OLED screen, besides 'virtual' side-screen buttons.

The company will not give any specifics until Fall this year. Stay tuned for more details as you watch the sneak peek below.
