Meanwhile, Verizon has confirmed that it will rollout the Android Marshmallow update to LG V10 from March 24, according to Verizon Wireless. However, this update comes for only those devices, which have the build number VS99022A.

Post the Android Marshmallow update, the System user interface tuner allows the users to add their battery percentage to the system tray. The system tray is fully customizable as per the user's wishes. In this way, the Android device will only show the information which the user wants to see. It makes customizing the look and feel of the screen so simple and fun.

The new firmware also brings with it a great sense of personality into the software. After the upgrade, a new textbox can be seen just under the lock screen time, which can be used to personalise the phone. Users can use this to create motivation quotes or put their favourite band on the lock screen.

Being one of the most popular features of Android Marshmallow, the Doze feature uses motion sensors to detect the phone's movements. When the phone is stable, it enters into a deep sleep. This will result in the smartphone to stop all non-essential tasks such as Wi-Fi, and syncs jobs until the device beings to starts to move again. This, will in turn make the battery last much longer.
