The upcoming "The Voice" Season 11 is about to get somewhat more exciting and hotter than ever, as NBC just confirmed the new panelists for the singing competition.

"The Voice" Season 10 is about to close and fans worldwide are already looking forward to the next season of the singing competition. That said, Miley Cyrus recently revealed that after taking on a key advisory role amid the current season, the "Wrecking Ball" hitmaker will apparently take her seat in the judge's rotating red chair.

Ahead of NBC's official announcement, the 23-year-old singer took to Twitter on March 25, Friday to announce the said news. The broadcasting company then confirmed Cyrus' announcement.

Aside from Cyrus, the "Girl on Fire" hitmaker Alicia Keys is also set to bring an intense heat in the show, as she has been tapped to fill in the fourth seat. Longtime judge Pharrell Williams' will apparently depart for no less than one season, as he will most likely come back to the show as along as his schedule permits.

Meanwhile, Christina Aguilera's red chair has dependably been rotated as the singer takes every other season off. Singer Gwen Stefani, who have previously filled in the spot, was not asked to serve as a judge by the network, an unnamed source told The New York Daily News.

"The musical expertise and energy these two incredibly talented women will bring to the show is remarkable," Paul Telegdy, NBC Entertainment President for alternative and late-night programming, said in a press release statement obtained by The Variety. "We're thrilled that they'll be joining Adam and Blake in what we know will be a magical 11th season."

While it is no news that both Keys and Cyrus have previously put their time in as on-air advisors in the show, Keys in Season 7 and Cyrus in the current season, the upcoming Season 11 will apparently be the first in "The Voice" history with two female coaches. Cyrus and Keys will join returning judges Blake Shelton and Adam Levine when the competition shows returns in September.
