"Grey's Anatomy" season 12 will reveal exciting storylines for Jessica Capshaw's character Arizona.
According to TV Line, there have been ongoing speculations that Arizona will find a new love interest during the upcoming episodes of the hit ABC series.
However, it seems that Arizona's upcoming relationship will not last that long.
Cast member Ellen Pompeo recently hinted that episode 22 will be huge for Arizona. The said episode is expected to air on May 5.
Meanwhile, executive producer Shonda Rhimes previously said that there will be an exciting development for Capshaw's character.
Back in August Rhimes said that there will "definitely be some new romances for Arizona and her ex-wife Callie (Sara Ramirez).
However, as of late, only Callie's love interest has been introduced.
In other news, Arizona recently had a falling out with her good friend April Kepner (Sarah Drew).
The previous episodes saw Arizona telling Jackson (Jesse Williams) that his ex-wife is pregnant with their child.
To make things worse, April also begged Arizona to not tell Jackson about her pregnancy.
After she divulged the information, April and Jackson had a brief heated argument. April told Arizona that she's no longer interested in being her friend.
The upcoming episodes will also reveal whether or not Arizona will do something big to win back April's trust. After all, they are the two characters on the show who have the most heart.
Meanwhile, the upcoming episode of "Grey's Anatomy" season 12 will introduce Wilmer Valderrama as Kyle Diaz.
Kyle will go to Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital to receive treatment for his serious condition.
While there, Kyle will be drawn to Stephanie (Jerrika Hinton) and he will also try to flirt with her.
"I Wear the Face" will also feature a heated confrontation between Owen (Kevin McKidd) and Nathan (Martin Henderson).
While waiting for the heart that they will use for their patient, the two male characters will confront each other about Owen's partner Amelia (Caterina Scorsone).
Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo) will get in the middle of the two male characters and will encourage them to stop fighting and start focusing on the job.
"Grey's Anatomy" season 12 airs Thursdays at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
