"Grey's Anatomy" season 12 will air a two-hour episode on Thursday night.

The first half of the episode will center around the dangerous lockdown that will take place at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital.

In "There's A Fine, Fine Line," Dr. Ben Warren (Jason George) will decide to operate on a pregnant patient without using the proper surgical tools.

His decision will not sit well with the other doctors including his wife and the chief surgeon Dr. Miranda Bailey (Chandra Wilson).

Dr. Bailey will therefore call on Ben to reprimand him for his wrong decision, but the latter will insist that he did what he did to help save both the woman and her baby.

In the second hour of the episode, Dr. Bailey will form an advisory committee who will all contribute in deciding which disciplinary action they could give against Ben.

By the look of it, Ben will not be very pleased with his wife's decision, but everything could go either way because the male character has been very understanding of his wife's job since the previous seasons.

Meanwhile, "It's Alright, Ma (I'm Only Bleeding) is expected to be a huge one for Jessica Capshaw's character Arizona.

According to the synopsis released by ABC, Arizona will make a difficult decision that could affect her relationship with her ex-wife Callie (Sara Ramirez).

Just last week, there were rumors that Arizona will either be killed off or will leave Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital in episode 22.

As such, Arizona's decision in episode 19 may be the first clue with regards to Capshaw's fate on the show.

At present, the actress is pregnant so it's very possible that she will leave the hit ABC series.

Other than this, there are some speculations that Arizona will tell Callie that she wants to work elsewhere and bring their daughter along with her.

In other news, episode 19 will also see Jackson (Jesse Williams) and April (Sarah Drew) trying to meet halfway for the sake of their baby.

The previous episode saw April filing for a restraining order against Jackson after she overheard the latter's mom Catherine (Debbie Allen) talking about suing her.

"Grey's Anatomy" season 12, episode 18 and 19 will air on ABC on April 14 at 8 p.m. ET.
