The month of April is clearly for Itachi Uchiha, as most of the "Naruto Shippuden" episodes this month will cover his story - from the Uchiha clan massacre down to his involvement in the Akatsuki group.
As what was seen on Saiyan Island, on April 21, viewers will see the continuation of Itachi's story, titled "The Partner," the following week would still be Itachi's story "The Truth," and in May 5, the franchise will finally return on its original plot.
It would be hard to deny that numerous fans are rooting for Itachi, and that they want to see some episodes that will focus on his story. Since Itachi is a cool character, and has the appeal of a protagonist, this could be the reasons why a lot of fans love his character, although he has been involved in various dirty activities along with the other Akatsuki members.
On one hand, various fans also want to see Naruto's adventures on the small screen rather than Itachi's life. Fortunately, the latest report seems to favor Naruto's fans, because the "Naruto Shippuden" episode 459 will be back airing Naruto's journey in the first week of May, MNR Daily reported.
The fans who read the manga version of "Naruto Shippuden" should be familiar of episode 459, titled "Incipient." The May 5 episode's title is the same as the title of chapter "679" of the manga. With this clue, then there is a high possibility that the "Incipient" episode will be based on the 679 chapter. This chapter has introduced Kaguya Otsutsuki who is in a fight for the future of the ninjas.
According to reports, fans will finally see the battle of the lead protagonists against the main antagonist of the series this May. It will be Naruto and Sasuke fighting together to defeat the former Hokage and still very powerful Uchiha Madara.
Perhaps, it would not hurt if the creators would include filler episodes such as Itachi's life story, because some fans do love this character despite of him being an antagonist in the series.
