It has long been confirmed that Ben Affleck has a cameo appearance in "Suicide Squad." Just how much screen time he got is uncertain, although David Ayer and Will Smith hinted he had enough time to face-off with some of the squad members.

Ayer and Smith were at CinemaCon in Las Vegas recently to promote "Suicide Squad" and to answer fans' questions about the film. They were asked about Batman's screen time in the movie, according to Fandango. The "Suicide Squad" director simply said the Dark Knight had "just the right amount" of time. He added that the timeline in the movie connects to the events in Zack Snyder's "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice."

Smith on the other hand confirmed rumors that his character, Deadshot, and Batman get into an altercation in the movie. The actor said Batman crossed paths with Deadshot and their encounter was not all that pleasant. Likewise, Killer Croc also has a showdown with the caped crusader, according to actor Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, who portrayed Killer Croc.

The Joker (Jared Leto) and Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie) also get into trouble with the caped crusader in "Suicide Squad." Set photos and videos taken during the filming in Toronto revealed the two villains were involved in a car chase with Batman. This scene eventually played out in the second "Suicide Squad" trailer below.

The preview showed DC's Clown Prince of Crime driving his pink Lamborghini while Batman's stunt man is on the roof of the car. One scene showed the Dark Knight carrying an unconscious Harley Quinn to his Batmobile. Batman is also seen leaping to the waters and there is a quick shot of the Batmobile nearing the end of the trailer.

Ayer revealed in a previous interview that Affleck only had one day to film his Batman scenes in "Suicide Squad." The director immediately had Affleck do some fight scenes, according to Collider. He was impressed by how the actor portrayed the character and said Affleck was awesome as Batman.

"Suicide Squad" also stars Cara Delevingne (Echantress), Viola Davis (Amanda Waller) and Jai Courtney (Captain Boomerang), to name a few. The film opens in theaters on Aug. 5.
