A fan who claimed to have read the script of "Star Wars: Episode VIII" has revealed details about the movie. The user revealed the working title of the film, details about Rey's lineage and practically the plot of the movie.

A fan named LouEvilOne shared a spoiler-rich post about "Star Wars: Episode VIII," which is supposedly called "Echoes of the Dark Side." The fan wrote on his Reddit page that Rey's father is not Luke Skywalker. Instead, he is Luke's father. Rey is believed to be "a child of the Force" and a reincarnation of Anakin Skywalker aka Darth Vader.

Aside from Rey's history, LouEvilOne also claimed that the "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" sequel has three plot points. The first and second are not that exciting, but it is on the third that the story finally evolves.

In the third act Rey learns the ways of the Force from Luke, even though the latter thinks it is too dangerous, since it could turn her to the Dark Side. A scene in the movie supposedly shows Luke talking to the ghosts of Obi Wan Kenobi and Yoda about Rey's training.

Additionally, there is one scene in "Star Wars: Episode VIII" that is a nod to the "The Empire Strikes Back." At one point during her training with Luke, Rey suddenly feels Finn is in danger and she insists to Luke that she go help him. Luke warns her that if she leaves something terrible could happen.

This scene harks back to Luke's Force training with Yoda in "The Empire Strikes Back." Luke felt that Han Solo and Leia were in trouble so he left training to rescue them, even against Yoda's wishes.  His disobedience only cost him pain.  This time Rey disobeys Luke so she can rescue Finn, unaware that Finn is Kylo Ren's bait to lure her into his empire.

These "Star Wars: Episode VIII" plot details remain as rumors until confirmed. However, this report about Rey's lineage somehow relates to what Colin Trevorrow previously said about Rey's parents. The "Star Wars: Episode IX" director hinted, during his interview with Entertainment Online, that her parents already exist in the Star Wars Universe.
