The month of May appears to be lacking a blockbuster game. But recently, PlayStation announced a list of seven free games on PlayStation Plus for the upcoming month.

In its official blog, the company said that PlayStation 4 will have "Switch Galaxy Ultra," "Table Top Racing: World Tour" and "Tropico 5." PlayStation 3 will feature "Bionic Commando Rearmed 2" and "LocoRocoCocoreccho!" PlayStation Vita will have "God of War: Ghost of Sparta" and "Switch Galaxy Ultra."

"Tropico 5" is a city-building game where players take on the role of a virtual dictator, El Presidente, who runs the fictional island. "Table Top Racing: World Tour" was made by Nick Burcombe, co-creator of the classic PlayStation game "Wipeout." The game is an exciting combat racer with players competing in various environments using miniature vehicles.

"Switch Galaxy Ultra" is a fast-paced arcade game where players travel through the galaxy to battle enemies and collect resources. The game will be available for free on both the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita.

"Bionic Commando Rearmed 2" is a 2.5D platform game where players deal with obstacles and other challenges at various levels. "Loco Roco Cocoreccho!" involves a butterfly that gathers resources distributed all over a level and brings these to a goal.Gamers begin with one yellow Loco Roco and can wake up others by touching them. Up to 200 Loco Roco can be gathered in the game.

Finally, "God of War: Ghost of Sparta" is an action-adventure title featuring great gameplay, storyline and graphics. Players get to solve puzzles, combat enemies using combos and deal with platforms.

PlayStation Plus never provided bigger titles on the PlayStation 4. But considering the aging PS3 and limited library of the PS Vita, subscribers may soon enjoy more PS4 support and better titles, according to Game Rant.

There are rumors that an improved PS4 will become available sometime this year. Added support for the console is also expected to arrive soon. "God of War: Ghost of Sparta" may be the best title in the May 2016 list, which may hint that more of these may come.

PlayStation Plus members can download the games at the start of the month. More updates and details are expected soon.
