"Captain America: Civil War" is supposed to be the third Avenger film but it goes without Thor and Hulk.  The absence of Chris Hemsworth's character made the Aussie actor wonder why. Scheduled to be released on May 6, the film is set to earn $190 million on its opening weekend.

The Civil War movie is about the conflict among Avengers following an incident that involved them. The heroes are divided into two camps as pressure mounts so they need to have an accountability system.

Working on his fitness at the gym, Hemsworth dissed out the new Captain America film, Huffington Post reported. "It's funny, everyone keeps asking me: Are you Team Cap? Are you Team Iron Man?" He said while doing pushups in a video on The Russo Brothers Facebook account posted on April 27, Wednesday. "Who cares?...I mean, where was the invite for me and Hulk? You just left the two biggest, strongest Avengers out of this one, did ya?"

The Aussie actor jested both TeamCap and TeamIronMan to call him when they want the "big boys" to step in. He contemplated about his worthiness, caught Thor's hammer which flew from midair, and continued his push-ups with one hand. While Marvel fans may also have wondered why the recent Captain America movie does not have Thor and Hulk, the Russo brothers, Anthony and Joseph who directed the film posted Hemsworth jokingly asking the question himself.

The actor who portrays the God of Thunder had also been spotted lately hitting the beach with his father and showed some muscles. Shirtless, he went surfing in Byron Bay, Australia earlier this month, Mail Online reported.

While Hemsworth has been seriously trying to slim down with exercise and a healthy diet, it seems that good genes should also be credited for his great body, since his father Craig appeared fit as well. He lives in Byron Bay with wife Elsa Pataky and their three kids.

Hemsworth had just returned from the U.S. after promoting his most recent movie, "The Hunstman: Winter's War." He will also appear in the film "In the Heart of the Sea" set to release in December.
