With ratings of WWE Raw dropping, Vince's announcement about the showrunner of Raw would be crucial at WWE Payback 2016.
Who will run WWE Raw - Shane or Stephanie or someone else? Vince's announcement is likely to impact Raw in the coming months.
On WWE Raw April 25 edition, Stephanie arrived on the show in Hartford, CT. And with her return, Shane's dream of running Raw might face obstacles. The two siblings confronted each other and Stephanie dropped a major bomb. She stated that Vince will be the one to decide who will take control of WWE Raw. Later, Shane had Stephanie removed with the help of security.

Zayn would be coming to WWE Payback after beating Rusev on WWE Raw. Zayn's win would boost his confidence. However, it has to be seen if it is enough to help him destroy Owens at the Sunday pay-per-view event.
Meanwhile, Raw April 25 viewership dropped down six percent with 3.128 million viewers, Wrestling Inc. reported.
