With "The Force Awakens" ending in a tragic accident between Hans Solo and his son, some may still be hopeful that it will not be the end for the general. Though there have been reports before that he will be returning in the eight installment, it has been confirmed recently that the probability is fairly low. Other news surrounding the next "Star Wars" film is its possible title which is rumored to be "Fall of the Resistance."

A "Star Wars" speculation was posted in Reddit showing a short clip of the potential title for its eighth film. The leak was posted a few days ago by user JJsCat. As of the moment, this is still a speculation yet to be confirmed by Lucas Films.

Meanwhile, the cast of the upcoming film have already started filming in Ireland. Stars including Mark Hamill, Daisy Ridley and Adam Driver were seen arriving at the Belfast International Airport last month. The cast and crew is said to be filming scenes the Malin Head, Donegal for an unknown period of time, Belfast Telegraph reported.

The same publication reported recently that the whole production has been thankful for the warm welcome of the people during the time they were shooting in the area. The ad added the crew had been "captivated" by the Wild Atlantic Way because it had given them a remarkable backdrop for the story. They also thanked their Irish crew for the unwavering commitment they contributed while filming several scenes.

Meanwhile, just when some fans thought Hans Solo's return is on the cliff-hanging side, it is said that the character may be totally killed in the upcoming film. His return is fairly low especially that Kylo Ren's lightsaber stabbed him in the chest, and that may mean he have lower chances of surviving after being thrown into a space station that exploded, Cinema Blend noted. But the report took note of a possibility that Hans Solo will still appear but only in flashback scenes.

The eighth installment of the "Star Wars" series is set for launching in December 2017. Watch a short video below depicting the possible title of the film.
