"Empire" Season 3 has lots of surprises for their fans, who have been waiting for its return in the small screen. The long wait is over after the Season 2 finale ended with much suspense and mysteries. Search for new casts to join "Empire" is also underway.

On its official Facebook page, Chicago-based casting company Simon Casting announced that it is searching for new talents to fill up the new line of characters. The company is looking for teenagers, who look like Taraji P. Henson and Terrence Howard during their younger years. It is also calling for potential teenage boys, who have the talent to beatbox.

"Empire" Season 3 auditions for the new talents will be happening in Chicago at the Cinespace Chicago Film Studios. Shooting for some of the scenes of the new cast members will start on July 7, Thursday and ends on July 18, Monday, according to Project Casting official website.

Fans are looking forward to more revelations as the last season fiery ending left the Lyon family in turmoil. The finale finished with major cliffhangers such as the fight scene between Anika Calhoun (Grace Gealey) and Rhonda Lyon (Kaitlin Doubleday) in the balcony. The new chapter will also bring excitement with the addition of new character FBI agent Tariq.

Fox recently announced that "Empire" Season 3 will be returning on Sept. 21, Wednesday. Season 3 is expected to unveil the mysteries and answer many questions of the series' followers.

Meanwhile, rapper turned actor Xzibit revealed that he will return as a regular cast in Fox's hip-hop series, according to TV Line. Xzibit will reprise his role as Leslie "Shyne" Johnson, the rival of Empire's main character Lucious Lyon (Terence Howard).

"Lucious has a long history with him," Empire showrunner Ilene Chaiken told the publication in May. "History that's going to come back and bite Lucious for a lot of earlier slights. If you have a guy who's not afraid to die, not afraid to go to prison, that's a very dangerous adversary."

Chaiken added that Xzibit's character will become a significant part in "Empire" Season 3. Aside from Xzibit, other musicians who had appeared in the series, include Rita Ora, Snoop Dog, Ludacris, Juicy J., Da Brat and Charles Hamilton.
