This year's Oscars had many memorable and crazy moments and the kiss of Alicia Vikander and Michael Fassbender after her win as the ''Best Supporting Actress'' for ''The Danish Girl'' was one of them. The stars have become close and the parents of Vikander have given a green signal for their relationship.
Alicia's parents, Svante Vikander and Maria Vikander, were present in the Oscars party. Mr. Vikander also confirmed that they were present in the Oscars, however had retired early and allowed their daughter to go to the Vanity Fair party with her Beau, ''Assassin's Creed'' famed star Fassbender. '''We went home at 12.30 and then they moved on to the Vanity Fair party.'' This news was confirmed by Daily Mail.
While talking about that great evening, Mr. Vikander mentioned that even though Fassbender was nominated for Oscars for his role in the movie ''Steve Jobs,'' in the Best Actor in a Leading Role category, he didn't expect to win that evening. However, the entire family was sure about Miss Vikander taking home the black lady.
''Alicia's boyfriend Michael did not expect to win,'' Mr. Vikander stated candidly. ''He joked beforehand that it was best for everyone'' Mr. Vikander added further. "The media will kill me if I steal the gong from Leo", Mr. Vikander quoted Fassbender.
Finally the couple seems to have united. It appears that now since Fassbender and Miss. Vikander have finally reunited after months of separation, they are spending some cozy time together. Alicia's life has become more hectic after winning Oscars this year and Fassbender is busy with many coveted projects. Both hardly got time to spend with each other in the last few months, and now they are making up for it.
They both have been working in different continents and their schedules are hectic. However, now they are back in Australia and are enjoying the ''honeymoon phase of their relationship.'' Earlier in the year, E! online had reported that the duo had spent the festive season together.
